Ketchum, Idaho – Retail/Office (12,700 SF)

Alpine assumed management for The Station in 2011 and restructured the ownership to accommodate a redesign and facade improvement. Upon completion of the improvements, Alpine secured a long-term national credit tenant to anchor the building, and has provided excellent returns on the new capital.
