SOLD 2017. 1709 Caldwell Avenue was acquired in 2015 as a vacant Elk’s Rehab center. Following acquisition, Alpine demolished the current structure and built a brand new 3,600 SF Cafe Zupas. The restaurant opened in June 2016.
